Details for poster and oral presenters

ORAL:

The ORAL presentations are strictly 15 min and we ask you to consider this when preparing your presentation (12 min talk and 3 min questions).
Chairs will be asked to stop talks that overrun at 13mins and questions / comments will be deferred to the break.

The time of your presentation will be given in the Conference Program, which will be uploaded to the conference webpage once we have confirmation of the oral and poster presenters’ attendances. Therefore please confirm your presentation time from the conference program.

POSTER:

The POSTER presentations will be shown during the whole conference and placed according to the number allocated in the program. Posters should be no larger than DIN A0 (84 cm wide by 118.8 cm long) in portrait form and NOT landscape. Double sided sticky tape will be provided for poster mounting. The presenting author of the poster is expected to be present at the poster during the poster sessions.

The time of the poster sessions will be given in the Conference Program, which will be uploaded to the conference webpage once we have confirmation of the oral and poster presenters’ attendances. Therefore please confirm the time of the poster sessions from the conference program.

Selected accepted papers will be invited to publish their abstracts, in modified form, in the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS). Notification will happen directly from the EORS after the conference.
The authors will be contacted with details of the reformatting required prior to abstract publication.
