Theme of the Day Sponsors ESB2009 will start each day firstly with the ESB award lectures (Jean Leray and George Winter) and then a lecture on clinical problems that need to be solved within a theme of the day and a lecture of the state of the art in research of that area. Subsequently, we will move on to the break out parallel sessions. One of the four parallel sessions will continue the "theme of the day", throughout the day.
